Who are stride?

Fontaines D.C., Wunderhorse, IDLES… they’ve had their moment. It’s STRIDE’s turn now.

We kicked things off back in 2023 - Joe Bodman (vocals, rhythm guitar), Chad Slack (our riff king on lead guitar) and Jack Dooley (drums, heartbeat of the band. After about a year of tearing up the music scene in the West Midlands, Ryan Pegg jumped into the band on bass, and, well, that’s when things really clicked.

With our debut single ‘Dog On A Bone’ reaching over 10,000 streams and reaching the hearts of over 70 countries worldwide, we have started to create a loyal fanbase and a community within the indie music scene.

But now we’re gearing up for the big stuff. Our debut EP ‘Down By The Railway Lights’ drops this March and we have got merch ready for all of you - T-shirts, hoodies, beanies, the works. You will even be able to grab some physical copies of the EP once it has been released (for the proper music lovers out there).

We’re just getting started, but one thing’s for sure: the future of Indie-Rock is right here!
